social objectives are as
important as our financial
objectives.

Legally, we are a company
limited by guarantee, with no
share holders & social as well as financial
objectives.
We have a
volunteer Board with six
members, managing a team of
twenty.

Our objectives are to provide sustainable employment and training for local people,
to improve the quality of
housing services provided to the
community and to enhance the
local environment in and around
our village. We do this by
providing housing management
services under contract to Soha
Housing for their 320 general
needs properties in Berinsfield, and by providing grounds maintenance and other
services to local housing associations, parish councils and homeowners
across South Oxfordshire.

Our aim is to provide a high-quality service at a reasonable price. Our staff are experienced
in the provision of our core
housing management and grounds maintenance services. To ensure we
offer an appropriate range of
services we
have partnered selected
local firms to cover a range of
specialised services, including
tree surgery, lock replacement,
cleaning and decorating. By
working with specific local
suppliers we offer a complete
range of services whilst
retaining a quality focus.
